Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
From preconception through postpartum and from birth until adulthood.
Dr. Padilla is Webster Certified, Pediatric Certified (CACCP).
She has 10+ years of experience in techniques like Activator, Drop Table, SOT and manual adjusting.
Craniosacral Technique (CST) available for infants and children pre and post Tethered Oral Tissue (TOTs, aka "lip tie", "tongue tie") diagnosis or revision. Our goal is to work in combination with feeding specialists (CLC, IBCLC) to reduce or prevent the need for surgical intervention.
If needed, we collaborate with the best Pediatric Dentists in NE Florida.
Acupuncture, Moxa, Cupping
Services provided in-office and at-home.
Dr Padilla was certified in 2023 and compliments Chiropractic care with Acupuncture protocols.
Most common uses: pelvic floor dysfunction, preconception health, "labor/birth prep", headaches, back pain, shoulder and knee pain. Monthly membership or packages available.
Prenatal and Postpartum Functional Movement Group Classes with a Birthfit! Certified Coach
The variety of Birthfit! classes range from basic prenatal movements to prepare for labor and birth, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor rehab & transition you back into your desired fitness goals.
Sessions are offered in 1-to-1 setting or small group (up to 4) at our office or in-home.
